At Mark Koch & Associates, we believe in more than just real estate - we believe in community. Every October, we celebrate our clients with our annual Pumpkin Palooza event, personally hand delivering pumpkins to past and present clients.

 

We then host a pumpkin carving contest, where our 5 winners are given the opportunity to participate in our annual Holiday Donations. Each winner selects a local charity or non-profit of their choice, and we donate a total of $2,500 each December on behalf of our clients & Mark Koch & Associates. 

 

Through this initiative, we have proudly contributed an excess of over $15,000 to incredible organizations such as the Nanaimo Hospital Foundation, the Haven Society, Cops for Cancer - Tour de Rock, the Nanaimo Child Development Centre, the Boys & Girls Club of Nanaimo, and the Nanaimo BC SPCA, among others.

 

Additionally, we are committed supporters of the Children’s Miracle Network, donating a portion of every commission to help children in need. Giving back is at the heart of what we do, and we’re grateful for our amazing clients who make it all possible!
