We've bought several houses over the years, and never before have we had customer service like Adam Wynans provided when we purchased our home. He was always available to take our calls, texts and set up a day of open houses as we came from the mainland to see them. When it came down to negotiation, he was the absolute best negotiator I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Adam negotiated fiercely with the selling agent. The negotiation took the entire day and Adam was travelling that day. It did not phase him or hinder him in the slightest and we closed the deal after approximately 14 hours of back and forth. I give Adam 10 stars out of 5. He is literally the best Realtor out there.
